The Scene Score provides curated rankings of venues (“spots”) in cities, scored by AI evaluation of publicly available photos. The Service includes browsing rankings, viewing spot details, map-based exploration, and (for members) account features.

Rankings are generated algorithmically and reflect the judgment of our AI scoring system. They do not constitute professional recommendations or endorsements.

5. Intellectual Property

Venue photos displayed on the Service are publicly sourced via Google Places and Instagram APIs and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (venue websites, social media profiles). We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, or services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that rankings are accurate, complete, or current. Venue information (hours, location, availability) may change and should be verified independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Scene Score shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
